Our welfare rights advisors, Elaine and Stuart, consistently offer outstanding welfare and benefits advice and services to the community. Over the past financial year, we have observed a significant transition for many clients from legacy benefits to Universal Credit, alongside concerns regarding the Winter Fuel Payment. This shift has led to an increased influx of clients and related casework within our welfare rights team. The team remains dedicated to providing essential welfare services, as reflected in the running total below.
